  • If you receive faulty packaged product from our end, you can ask for refund.
  • If we deliver wrong products, we are responsible for free re-shipment of the same product or you can ask for total money back. This is applicable when the mailing address provided by you is accurate. In reverse situation where the address given by you is wrong, you cannot claim a refund on us.
  • If the parcel is open or torn, you need to send us the pictures while claiming for a refund. This helps us understand and take your request as a priority.

Our cancellation process is easy to apply. You can ask for cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order with us. Once the product is shipped from our end, we cannot cancel the order.
